No. That’s the pope. I have the sense to know I won’t ever know everything and I while I can try to comprehend this crazy universe around me, part of the human experience is trying to constantly learn new information about everything and anything to explain anything and everything. Its called science. It flies in the face of religion. I believe in human beings, I rely on my fellow man. And sometimes thats scary. Because people are fickle. And sometimes they’re amazing. But I know I’m a better person for it than to cop-out and manipulate my own feeling of self-worth by constructing a fairy tale about a omnipotent being that will always be there for me, just to have a sense of comfort. I just think religion in general robs a person of a definitive part of what makes humanity what it is. Sorry if you were offended ShaJo. That’s how I feel. But I mean, just outside a religious context, you don’t find it creepy that I man is kissing a vial of blood from another man thats been dead for years? Because I do.
